Silicone Moulds

Cold cure silicone moulds are used for each component to translate the
Milliput masters into metal. These moulds take several days to make and are made
from a special high temperature silicone to withstand casting our metal masters.

Silicone molds are made in two halves over several days. Lego is used to form boxes into
which the silicone is poured around the Milliput masters.
